Job Summary :

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Commingle Machine Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting with the operation of commingling equipment used to sort and combine mail pieces for efficient processing. No prior experience is required—training will be provided. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply!

Schedule Requirements:

6:00 am to 4:00 pm - Must have flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends

Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up and operating commingle/sorting machines Load mail trays, materials, and supplies into equipment Monitor machine performance and alert supervisors to any issues Perform basic quality checks to ensure mail is sorted correctly Follow job instructions and production schedules Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred No experience required; willing to train Spanish skills preferred (not required) Strong attention to detail Ability to follow directions and learn new processes Basic math and reading skills Reliable and punctual
