Full Job Description Overview Machine Operator Duties Material Handling:

Load raw materials into machines, monitor production output, and unload finished products.

Quality Control:

Inspect products for defects ensuring adherence to quality standards and make machine adjustments as needed to maintain output quality.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

Diagnose and resolve simple mechanical issues with machinery. Perform basic routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating and adjusting machine settings. Machine Operator Qualifications Basic math skills for accurate measurement and inventory management. Knowledge of quality control processes and standards in manufacturing. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies. Frequently required to lift, move, and carry raw materials, machine components and finished products weighing up to 50lbs. Must stand and walk for extended periods, typically 8 hours per shift. Must have fine motor skills for adjusting machine settings, using tools, and handling small parts with precision. Assist with operating machine controls, adjust heavy parts, and tighten or loosen machinery components with regular exposure to vibrations from operating machinery. M-F Work Location:

In person This position involves operating and assisting with the machinery used in the production of steel roll formed products. A Machine Operator will perform tasks necessary to support daily operations.
