Monday-Friday 7:00AM
- 3:00PM or 3:00PM
- 11:00PM or 11:00PM
- 7:00AM.
Includes a 10 min break & 20 min lunch. Must be ready at workstation at the start of the shift. Overtime Saturday & Sundays as needed. 3.

QUALIFICATIONS
5.1 High school diploma and a two-year certificate in machine trades from a technical school or community college. 5.2 Up to three years of experience with
WEDM/CNC
machining is beneficial when applying for jobs as an EDM operator, as there are many skills you need to pick up along the way. 5.3 Must be mechanically inclined and able to solve complex issues. 5.4 WEDM set-up, operation and editing programs. 5.5 Excellent communication skills from peer to peer and to shop management. 5.6 Exposure to Lean Enterprise concepts and values 6.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
7.1 The machine operator must comply and obey all company operating procedures and standards for production control, quality control, safety, etc. 7.2 The machine operator must have a solid knowledge of safe production equipment operation including: the machine's controls, safety devices, material loading, malfunction sensors, etc. 7.3 Must Read and interpret complex part drawings. 7.4 Suggest tooling and programming strategies to improve tool life and reduce cycle times. 7.5 Use multiple metrology methods (contact and non-contact) to verify part configuration and conformance to print specification. 7.6 Suggest tooling and gauging to produce and measure complex part geometries. 7.7 Troubleshoot parts during set-up and run cycles. 7.8 Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on Swiss CNC equipment. 7.9 Interfacing with Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering personnel to resolve production issues. 7.10 Maintain safety standards and comply with standard operating procedures. 7.11 Support and participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement projects. 8.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
