Shift:

11:30 PM - 7:30 AM | Monday - Friday Built to Run. Paid to Operate. Like working with your hands and keeping things moving? As a Press Operator Assistant, you'll run the gear, keep the line alive, and take home steady pay with solid benefits.

Requirements:

Reliable attendance and strong punctuality Ability to lift 35 pounds or more regularly Ability to communicate effectively Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills Commitment to workplace safety and product quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Attention to detail and willingness to follow established procedures Ability to work well under the direction of press operators and production leadership

Job Duties:

Assist the press operator and roll tender with daily printing operations Help operate and monitor printing press equipment Follow production schedules to ensure jobs are completed on time Review job bags and verify correct job information for stacker setup Ensure the correct load flags are used for each production run Complete load flag documentation accurately, including initials, shift, bundle quantities, pallet counts, and net amounts Verify proper pallets and end boards are used for each product Set up and adjust the stacker to maximize bundle quality and reduce product damage Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Support quality and production goals throughout the shift
