Position Overview:

Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in creating high-quality finished products? In this role, you will work with professional print finishing equipment to help transform printed materials into polished final products ready for distribution. You'll operate cutting, binding, folding, and finishing machinery while supporting a fast-paced production team focused on quality, accuracy, and efficiency. This is a great opportunity for someone with print or bindery experience looking to grow their skills in a stable production environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate standard cutting machines and finishing equipment Use Graphic Wizard equipment for scoring, folding, and gluing Operate spiral binding machines and stapling equipment Perform hand-finishing and assembly work as needed Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain an organized and safe work environment Assist in other production areas during workflow slowdowns Support daily production schedules and deadlines Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous finishing, bindery, or print production experience required Working knowledge of cutting, binding, scoring, folding, and stapling equipment Computer aptitude and basic computer skills Ability to lift 40-50 lbs Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable and dependable attendance Digital print experience is a plus Willingness to support other departments as needed Any Questions Contact Our Burlington Office at 609 387 2900 #BASIC1
