Shift Supervisor, Line Packer, Material Handler, Line Technician Basic Function:
We are looking for a Technical Operator with leadership potential to join our team. Responsible for producing product that both meets our customer quality expectation and our production goals. Operator must be able to understand process conditions and be able to make adjustments based on any deviations. You must operate safely and in compliance with OSHA and GMP standards.Responsibilities:
1. Clearly understand all of the safety procedures for safe operation of equipment 2. Proper identification of tube defects 3. Assist in investigation of any Quality complaints 4. Follow appropriate line clearance procedures 5. Accurately set and adjust the machine in accordance with designated parameters 6. Maintain good housekeeping. 7. Assist in line preps as per prep team instruction 8. Must be able to read and understand pack specifications 9. Employees must adhere to 5S:
Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain 10. Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of all equipment. 11. Maintains the entire work area in a clean and orderly condition. 12. Accurately documents work performed. 13. Monitor's equipment performance and performs routine care and maintenance as required. 14. Works in partnership with maintenance technician to resolve equipment problems. 15. Assist in cross-training team members and co-workers as assigned. 16. Must possess good communication skills, and the proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. 17. Must possess the ability to effectively apply mathematical concepts and reasoning skills. 18. Other job duties as assignedQualifications:
3-5 years production/manufacturing experience required High School diploma or GED required or relevant proven experience Good math skills Basic mechanical aptitude Positive work ethic 6. Excellent attendance and punctuality. 7. Good hand/eye coordination. 8. Good interpersonal skills. 9. Good multi-tasking/problem solving skills. 10. Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot cleaning process. 11. Ensures equipment is operating properly and safely.Pay:
$23.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:
