Position Overview The Operations Team Member plays a key role in the execution of events by supporting the delivery, setup, breakdown, and overall logistics of rental equipment. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, teamwork, and being part of exciting events. Key Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading rental equipment including inflatables, tents, tables, chairs, games, and event structures Support on-site setup and breakdown of equipment, ensuring everything is installed safely and efficiently Help maintain organization of warehouse inventory and ensure equipment is clean, functional, and event-ready Work collaboratively with team members to execute events on schedule Provide basic customer interaction on-site, maintaining a professional and friendly presence Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines during transport and setup Assist with vehicle organization and routing preparation for daily deliveries Identify and communicate any equipment issues or operational improvements Qualifications Strong work ethic and ability to work in a physically active role (lifting, carrying, setting up equipment) Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings Valid driver's license is a plus (not required but preferred) What We're Looking For Individuals who enjoy being part of live events and hands-on work Team players who take pride in delivering high-quality setups Problem-solvers who can adapt quickly in dynamic environments Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Join Us Be part of exciting events and experiences Opportunity for growth into leadership or driver roles High-energy, team-driven work environment Flexible scheduling options
