Batch Operator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Compounder to work with a leading manufacturer in the personal care and pharmaceutical industry in Wharton. This role is responsible for the precise weighing, mixing, and compounding of raw materials to produce high-quality cosmetic and OTC drug products in strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

3rd Shift 11:00pm to 7:00am

Can you walk me through your experience weighing, dispensing, and compounding raw materials? How do you ensure compliance with cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)?
