Essential Functions Receives information from management on product to be produced Ensures proper code dates are programmed for each product produced. Maintains close communication with the lead and/or supervisor regarding product parameters, and dough consistency. Measures, records and adjusts machine and oven temperatures to maintain product consistency and appearance within specifications. Maintains product weight within specifications. Constantly monitors the appearance of the product and takes the necessary corrective actions to maintain it within specifications. Properly fills out all records and reports, in accordance with applicable work instructions. Reprocesses product as appropriate.
  • Verifies equipment is in good working condition; communicates to management any deficiencies noted.
  • Assists in the training of new personnel.
  • Provides suggestions to improve process, procedures and department in support of company goals
  • Follows Company, GMP and Safety policies to ensure compliance with the HACCP program and AIB gold standard.
  • Follows all food safety principles and legal requirements
  • Maintains a positive and constructive work environment within the department as well as with other departments and promotes teamwork.
  • Works in a safe manner, observing all safety requirements.
  • Participates in monthly departmental meetings.
  • Must work various shifts and hours including holidays and weekends.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
