Job Description

Job Title:
Tool Technician•
Shop & Equipment Support Schedule:
Day Shift, 7:45 AM•5:00 PM | 14 Days On / 7
Days Off Pay Rate:
$19.00•$20.00/hr (depending on experience)
Location:
Carlsbad, NM Primary function is cleaning, disassembling, rebuilding, and testing oilfield tools in a shop environment. Responsibilities include washing equipment, tool tear-down and assembly, testing rebuilt tools, maintaining inventory, data entry using company software, and assisting with equipment deliveries and pickups.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience working with hand tools, tool repair, assembly, or mechanical equipment Manufacturing, warehouse, shop, or production experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform physical labor Computer literate and comfortable with basic software systems Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Reliable attendance and stable work history required Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
