Dough Mixer Summary:
Operates mixer machines following set Company safety standards, maintains a high level of confidentiality as he is entrusted with recipes and manufacturing procedures, keeps a log of every batch and records important data as requested.
Essential Functions:
Operates mixer, mixes batches, and follows specific mixing requirements. Ensures there is enough dough to supply production demands. Maintains Mixing area safe and free of potential hazards. Maintains Mixing area as clean as possible. Fills batches reports accurately and timely as to ensure product integrity quality and consistency. Helps and supports Round Divider and/or Press operators. Works directly with Production Line Supervisor to ensure proper stock of raw materials are always available. Adheres to Company Safety Standards at all times.
Physical Demands:
Frequent bending, twisting and lifting. Ability to lift unassisted 30 - 50 lbs at a time in narrow spaces. Working standing for long periods of time. Working in a very warm environment with flour dust. Working in a loud production environment. Occasionally working extended shifts.
Skills and Experience:
Required:
Ability to communicate in a clear manner and follow specific instructions. Able to read, write and fill out reports related to mixed batches. Ability to work in a fast pace environment Basic arithmetic skills. Ability to work and relate with others. Able to follow safety guidelines. Well organized.
Standard:
