Position Overview • As a Production Paint Batcher , you will be responsible for manufacturing paint, specialty solvents, and chemical mixtures exactly according to provided engineering batch tickets. Your primary objective is to mix accurate batches safely and efficiently to keep our active production lines fully supplied.

Key Responsibilities:

Batch Manufacturing:

Measure, weigh, and blend raw chemical materials accurately according to the specified Batch Ticket.

Documentation:

Properly fill out manufacturing paperwork, tracking sheets, and logbooks, ensuring prompt delivery to the correct department.

Inventory & Safety:

Safely operate different material weighing devices and industrial mixing machinery.

Housekeeping:

Keep the formulation area organized, clean, and entirely free of hazards. Job Requirements & Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Math Skills:

Proficiency at a 10th-grade math level or higher, including basic algebra, weights, and unit measurements.

Communication:

Ability to read, write, and fluently communicate technical directions in English.

Experience:

Prior experience working with chemical manufacturing or precise industrial weighing devices is highly preferred.

Physical & Environmental Demands:

Heavy Lifting:

Ability to routinely lift and move up to 75 lbs. continuously throughout an active workday.

Drum Handling:

Capability to safely maneuver and roll heavy 500 lb. product drums using appropriate warehouse equipment.

Equipment Operation:

Ability to operate or learn to drive a forklift safely.

Safety Gear:

Comfort wearing a mandatory respiratory mask and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in a chemical manufacturing climate.
