Submittal Digital Print Operator | Las Vegas, NV Nexeo Staffing is hiring an experienced Digital Print Operator for a growing, high-volume large-format printing and fabrication company specializing in trade show displays, branded environments, and custom visual solutions. This is a hands-on production role working with advanced printing equipment to create high-quality graphics, signage, and display materials. If you have experience with grand format printers, wide-format graphics, and print production, this is a strong long-term opportunity with competitive pay and multiple schedule options. Responsibilities Operate large-format / grand format digital printers and finishing equipment Prepare, review, and process print files for production (RIP software, color setup, scaling) Select appropriate media, inks, and substrates for each project Monitor print runs to ensure color accuracy, consistency, and quality control Perform finishing work including trimming, laminating, mounting, and cutting Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance Maintain production logs and manage material inventory Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project deadlines Assist with packaging and shipping of completed orders Keep work area clean, safe, and organized Qualifications Experience operating wide-format / large-format digital printers (required) Knowledge of RIP software, color management, and print workflows Familiarity with various print materials (vinyl, fabric, rigid substrates, etc.) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality output Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong time management and communication skills Print shop, signage, or graphics production experience preferredPreferred:
Experience with laminating, mounting, and finishing techniques Understanding of production workflows and efficiency (lean production a plus) Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and reliability Pay $24.00- $28.00 per hour Schedule Full Time | Tuesday

- 3:30 PM + occasional Sunday hours Full Time | Friday
