Machine Operator - Night Shift Job Description This Machine Operator role focuses on safely operating and adjusting multiple plastic blow molding machines and related in-line equipment to produce high-quality containers. You will monitor production, perform minor repairs and adjustments, support continuous improvement efforts, and ensure all work follows established safety, health, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. This position is on 2nd or 3rd shift and plays a key role in maintaining efficient, reliable production in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce containers safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. Understand, follow, and enforce all established safety, health, quality, GMP, and company policies, procedures, and recognized practices. Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and other related activities as assigned. Perform and/or assist with mold, insert, and color changes on the production line. Perform basic processing of injection and/or blow molding machines to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap. Perform tasks and responsibilities of any Utility position during slow periods or as needed to support production. Monitor

resin (if applicable), dryers, material handling systems, and color systems to maintain appropriate processing conditions. Work Environment This role is based in a manufacturing and warehouse setting in Henderson, working on 2nd or 3rd shift. The standard hours for this shift are 2:00pm-10:30pm OR 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., supporting overnight production operations. You will work around plastic blow molding and related equipment, HDPE/PET resin systems, dryers, and material handling systems in an industrial environment. The dress code includes jeans and a T-shirt, along with required personal protective equipment. PPE includes steel toe or composite toe shoes or boots that are at least 6 inches, made of all leather, with non-slip soles. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
