Temp-to-Hire Join a Growing Food Manufacturing Team We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Spice Blending Technician to join our production team. This position is responsible for accurately verifying, blending, and packaging ingredients to create custom spice blends while maintaining quality, safety, and food manufacturing standards. Job Responsibilities Verify and accurately measure raw ingredients according to batch sheets and production requirements Load ingredients into industrial blending equipment Operate blending, packaging, and production machinery safely and efficiently Package finished products into bags, boxes, or super sacks according to specifications Perform visual quality inspections throughout the production process Label products accurately and ensure customer specifications are met Monitor blending operations to maintain consistency and quality standards Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP requirements, and company safety procedures Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work areas Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist team members in meeting daily production goals Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or production experience preferred Ability to read and follow written instructions, batch sheets, and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math skills for weighing, measuring, and recording information Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attendance and reliability Must be able to read and write English Must pass 7 year background check Must be able to conduct Drug screening (THC not required) Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly Ability to stand, bend, reach, twist, and walk for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Able to work around spices, dust, allergens, and strong aromas Able to work in both hot and cold temperatures for extended periods Must wear required PPE including gloves, masks, hearing protection, goggles, and other safety equipment as needed Additional Information Monday-Friday schedule Overtime and weekends may be required based on production demands Opportunity for long-term employment and advancement Team-oriented work environment Stable and growing company Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply Bus line accessible If you are dependable, motivated, and looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that values quality and teamwork, we encourage you to apply today.
