You must ensure that the dough meets the company's standards. Machinery must be cleaned of all residues and sanitized entirely. Report promptly to the shift supervisor when any issues arise. Call the shift maintenance team if you cannot resolve any machine-related issue. Call the shift QA technician if you have quality related issue. Call the Packaging Lead when the start/end of the batch and if you find any issues with the crackers. Follow and sign off Check List during the cooking process. Ensures batch times are meeting the time deadlines as posted in the Production batch schedule. Talk to the shift Supervisor and decide cooking timing for the next batch. Performs minor maintenance and troubleshoots machines when required to keep cracker quality and production efficiency. Ergonomically perform all tasks to ensure safety in compliance with GMP standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies. Adhere to required PPE standards in accordance with the task requirements. Logging waste and downtime data accurately. Perform and sign off the Master Sanitation sheet every shift. All paperwork must be completed on time and accurately. Logs all information in the Communication Log regarding machine breakdowns, new tasks or guidelines assigned by Management, and/or any other pertinent information needed by the following shift during shift handover with the following shift's Dough Chef, or ensuring all information has been passed on. Assists with packaging when instructed by the supervisor. Ensure all crackers are cooked and baked safely and efficiently, in accordance with the company standard. Perform a final inspection of raw materials in accordance with the company's quality standard in a safe and efficient manner.
