We are seeking experienced Production Machine Operators with injection molding experience to support high-volume production operations in a fast-paced environment. Pay Rates $24.90/hour
- Day Shift $27.40/hour
- Night Shift Schedule 12-hour rotating shifts
Day Shift:
6:00 AM- 6:00
PM Night Shift:
6:00 PM- 6:00
AM Rotation Schedule:
3 days on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off Must be flexible to rotate monthly between day and night shifts Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor injection molding production equipment Perform quality control checks and calibration tasks on processing equipment Conduct machine adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency Measure pipe and verify dimensional tolerances using precision measuring tools Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively Accurately complete data entry and production documentation Prepare finished products for shipping according to packaging specifications Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support production goals Qualifications Previous injection molding experience required Manufacturing or production experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to perform machine calibrations and adjustments Experience using hand and power tools Basic math, measuring, and computer/data entry skills High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license required Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening in accordance with company policy Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Why Join This Team?
