Job Description
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compounder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the physical execution of our product formulas gathering, weighing, and mixing ingredients to create high-quality skincare and dermatological products.
You aren t just "mixing ingredients"; you are ensuring the consistency and efficacy of products that clinicians and consumers trust every day.

No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Batch Compounding:
Accurately follow Master Batch Records (MBR) to blend, mix, and manufacture creams, lotions, and gels.Precision Weighing:
Use industrial scales to weigh out raw materials, ensuring 100% accuracy in measurements.Equipment Operation:
Set up, operate, and clean large-scale manufacturing equipment (tanks, mixers, homogenizers, and pumps).Quality & Safety:
Maintain strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure product integrity.Documentation:
Maintain meticulous records of batch logs, cleaning logs, and inventory usage.Sanitization:
Perform thorough "Clean-in-Place" (CIP) and manual sanitization of tanks and lines between batches.
