Role:

as a Well Pump Installer Assistant and be part of a dedicated team in Ballston Spa, NY. This exciting opportunity allows you to work hands-on in the field, assisting skilled professionals in providing top-notch well pump installation services.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial well pumps. Help troubleshoot and repair existing well pump systems. Support the team in performing site assessments and preparing equipment. Maintain tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site. Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status. Document daily work activities and report any issues to supervisors. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Previous experience in construction or plumbing is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians. Basic knowledge of well pump systems is advantageous.
