Benefits on day one, training offered, and growth internally. 💰 Earn More Here Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Clear path to advancement and internal promotion Strong, hands-on training provided from day one Tight-knit, team-oriented work environment Stable, growing company with long-term career potential ⏰ Schedule First shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Consistent hours with strong work-life balance 🛠️ What You'll Do Operate saws including circular and table saw, to cut materials to precise specifications Measure, position, and secure materials using tape measures, hand tools, and fixtures Use cut optimization systems to improve efficiency and reduce material waste Load, move, and stage raw and finished materials throughout the production process Track material usage and job progress in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy before shipment Assist with forklift and material handling operations when needed (training available) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Typical Day:

Start with a team check-in and review of production priorities Prepare and stage materials for cutting Operate saws and complete production tasks throughout the shift Move materials between workstations to support workflow Record production updates and material usage in system Work alongside a small, collaborative team to keep operations running smoothly ✅

What You'll Need Required:

High School Diploma or GED Ability to accurately read a tape measure At least 1+ year of experience cutting or measuring materials (manufacturing, fabrication, or construction) Comfort working in a hands-on, physical environment Strong reliability, attendance, and work ethic

Preferred:
