Available Shifts:
MUST TRAIN
on 1 st shift for 12-16 weeks: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM•3:00 PM Then move to either: 2nd
Shift:
Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM•11:00 PM 3rd
Shift:
Monday-Friday | 11:00 PM•7:00
AM Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Machine Operators/Forklift Operators to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, handling materials, and ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery Set up, adjust, and maintain equipment as needed Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility Load and unload raw materials and finished goods Perform quality checks and document production results Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the entire shift Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Safety & Dress Code:
Safety is a top priority.
PPE Provided:
Safety glasses Hearing protection
Employee Must Provide:
Steel-toe boots
Dress Code Requirements:
No loose clothing No hooded sweatshirts Jeans and t-shirt recommended Steel-toe footwear required at all times
Training:
12-16 weeks of structured, hands-on training Ongoing support to ensure long-term success Opportunity for skill development and advancement
