Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembly Technician to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-precision hand soldering and mechanical assembly of complex circuit boards used in [insert industry: e.g., Aerospace, Medical, or EV technology]. You will ensure that every component meets rigorous quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
salary:
$18 - $19 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4
PMeducation:
No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesThe primary duty is to perform high-quality assembly according to engineering blueprints and schematics.
Blueprint Reading:
Interpreting BOMs (Bill of Materials) and assembly drawings to ensure the correct component is placed in the correct orientation (e.g., checking polarity on capacitors and diodes).
Component Preparation:
Lead forming (bending wires to fit holes), tinning wires, and stripping insulation without nicking the internal conductors.
Soldering Standards:
Executing Through-Hole (THT) or Surface Mount (SMT) soldering that meets
IPC-A-610
Class 2 or 3 standards (Class 3 being high-reliability/life-support equipment).
