Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Weigh Operator to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise weighing and measurement of raw chemical materials (powders and liquids) used in the production of pharmaceutical products. Accurately weigh and measure raw materials according to specific batch records and formulas.Documentation:
Maintain meticulous records of weights, lot numbers, and material usage in compliance with SOPs and cGMP guidelines.Material Handling:
Safely transport chemicals from the warehouse to the weighing station using pallet jacks or forklifts.Safety & Sanitation:
Clean and sanitize weighing equipment and rooms to prevent cross-contamination. Follow all PPE requirements for handling hazardous or potent substances.Quality Control:
Verify all raw material labels and expiration dates before staging for the compounding department.SkillsblendermachineQualificationsYears of experience:
