  • If you successfully complete the assignment in Fairport, you may be eligible for a temp to perm assignment in Rochester!

  • Manufacturing?
You'll be: Visually inspect bottles from machines, conveyor lines, or bulk containers, making quality decisions on each part. Set up work area where applicable as a controlled environment with attire including hats, gloves, beard masks, and coats. Perform housekeeping responsibilities to maintain a clean production environment. Maintain necessary paperwork Adhere to all company and departmental work and safety rules
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required . Have 2 years of experience in manufacturing or packaging MUST have/wear steel toe shoe/boot or composite toe. Ability to read, write, and understand the English language. Must be able to perform simple math, such as addition and subtraction of whole numbers. Excellent hand/eye coordination skills and ability to lift and load pallets weighing up to 35 pounds. Handle materials efficiently within warehouse environments using forklifts and other material handling equipment. Support laboratory testing procedures when necessary to verify product specifications and compliance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in accordance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements utilizing lean manufacturing techniques. Document production activities accurately, including batch records and equipment logs. Assist in inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse. Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferably within a regulated industry. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse or materials handling equipment. Knowledge of CGMP regulations applicable to pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing is a plus. Laboratory experience or familiarity with testing procedures is desirable. Basic machining skills or experience working with machining equipment is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and safety compliance. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment across diverse roles.
