POSITION SUMMARY
To accurately verify and process required raw materials as detailed in written instruction, procedures and policies for the manufacture of safe, high quality commercial pharmaceutical product that meets pre-defined specifications Verify equipment and verify /scan all materials as specified by the Production Master document Set-up and operate equipment as specified by the Production Master document Process material specified by the Production Master document Clean all equipment and spaces in accord to cGMP principles and SOPs.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Set-up manufacturing equipment as specified in written instructions and verify satisfactory operational status Locate/transfer/scan materials by item code and batch code as specified in Production Master documents Compound a pharmaceutical product from solid ingredients, according to written formula Accurately weigh and label / scan all materials produced Maintain an orderly, clean work space and utensils, in keeping with cGMP principles and company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of batches prepared. Using appropriate equipment, move pallets loaded with 100 kg drums.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma preferred. 1-2 years Experience. Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to follow written instructions, SOPs, and communicate with supervisors and team members.
