Job Description

Duties Start and shut down all machinery each day (Date lot coder, dough depositor, bowl lift, sifter, flow wrapper, case packer, case sealer) Calibrate machinery to match documentation for proper production Complete Daily Preventative Maintenance spreadsheets Print labels for each product - case labels, ingredient labels Support/backup for Operations Coordinator for Receiving and Shipping Support Operations Coordinator to complete Daily Shipping Create a clean, safe and organized factory environment
Requirements:
