In this role, you will operate and maintain mechanical looms to produce high-quality textiles, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. You will also be responsible for materials handling, quality inspection, and supporting various manufacturing tasks to meet production goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your mechanical skills while contributing to a vibrant team dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Operate mechanical looms with precision, monitoring machine performance and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal output. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on looms to prevent downtime and maintain safety standards. Perform quality inspections on finished textiles, identifying defects or inconsistencies and implementing corrective actions. Support packaging activities by preparing finished products for shipment, including labeling and wrapping. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste. Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing environments, particularly with textile machinery or machining equipment. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on looms and related machinery. Familiarity with quality inspection techniques for textiles or similar products. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and warehouse operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards. Pay:
