The role demands on-site leadership, effective crew coordination, and decision-making in high-pressure environments. Candidates must have extensive experience in managing complex installations and a proven track record in similar roles. This position offers a chance to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality projects across various environments. Qualifications 3-5+ years leading complex installations, particularly in experiential or exhibition contexts. Proven experience with large-scale builds and diverse crew leadership. Deep understanding of logistics and labor flow. Responsibilities Serve as on-site production authority during installations. Own and execute the Run of Show in real time. Maintain urgency and eliminate idle time across crew. Work in shop when not on installs primarily for assembly, carpentry. Able to drive a box truck a huge plus.
