No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Perform manufacturing operations according to approved Batch Production Records (BPRs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing and related processing equipment. Prepare, clean, sanitize, and assemble production equipment and manufacturing areas. Execute material handling activities including weighing, dispensing, staging, and transferring raw materials and components. Complete all required production documentation accurately and in real time. Monitor critical process parameters and report deviations, equipment issues, or non-conformances to supervision. Participate in equipment setup, changeovers, and preventive maintenance activities. Support environmental monitoring, cleaning validation, and contamination control programs. Adhere to all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Supply Chain teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing environment in compliance with GMP standards.
