Descripción del Puesto Buscamos un Operador de Maquinaria comprometido, detallista y con un alto enfoque en la seguridad para unirse a nuestro equipo de proyectos de infraestructura. No solo buscamos a alguien que sepa mover el equipo, sino a un profesional que entienda la importancia del cuidado preventivo y la eficiencia operativa.

Responsabilidades Clave Operación Técnica: Manejo experto de [Tipo de Máquina, ej: Excavadora CAT 320] cumpliendo con los estándares de productividad.

Mantenimiento Preventivo:

Realizar inspecciones diarias (check-list) y asegurar el engrase y limpieza del equipo.

Seguridad:

Evaluar el entorno de trabajo y mitigar riesgos antes de iniciar maniobras.

Control Administrativo:

Registro preciso de horómetros, reportes de combustible y partes de trabajo diarios. Comunicación: Coordinación directa con el equipo de obra y supervisores para asegurar el cumplimiento de los tiempos de entrega.
