This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality production processes, adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards. As a Packager, you will be instrumental in maintaining product integrity and supporting overall operational excellence, all while working in a collaborative and energetic setting. Responsibilities Operate packaging machinery and hand tools to assemble, seal, and prepare products for shipment according to specifications Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) Inspect finished packages for accuracy, completeness, and quality before labeling and sealing Utilize forklifts and warehouse equipment safely to move raw materials and finished goods within the production area Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging station to meet safety and hygiene standards Assist with inventory management by accurately recording packaged items and updating production logs Support assembly tasks as needed, including mechanical adjustments or troubleshooting of packaging equipment Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred, especially with packaging or assembly roles Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools are advantageous for equipment setup and minor repairs Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not required Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is beneficial for understanding automated packaging systems Understanding of FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and quality control procedures is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure product accuracy Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Join us if you're passionate about manufacturing excellence, safety compliance, and working in a vibrant team environment.
