Job Description

Ever wonder how air fresheners, scented packaging, and specialty paper products get their incredible aromas? We create them right here in Farmingdale! We are a leading paper fragrance manufacturer, blending science and scent to create unique sensory experiences. We are looking for an Entry-Level Fragrance Compounder to join our production team. If you have a sharp eye for detail, enjoy working with your hands, and have a good sense of smell, we will completely train you on how to mix, blend, and prepare the formulas that bring our products to life.

$18 - $22 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

Follow exact batch recipes to carefully combine fragrance oils, binders, and specialty liquids. Weigh & Measure with
Precision:
Use digital scales and graduated cylinders to measure raw ingredients down to the exact gram.
Operate Mixing Tanks:
Load formulated batches into industrial blenders and mixing equipment, ensuring the solutions are perfectly homogenized.
Quality Aroma Checks:
Perform initial quality control checks on color, consistency, and aroma strength before the fragrance is applied to paper substrates (materials).
Sanitation & Safety:
Clean and sterilize mixing tanks, pumps, and utensils between batches to ensure completely pure scent profiles.
