What You'll Do:
Operate bench- and floor-type machine tools, including lathes, mills, drills, punch presses, saws, shears, and power brakes. Set up machines and adjust operating parameters to meet production specifications. Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Inspect finished products using gauges, jigs, and fixtures to ensure close tolerance accuracy. Support production activities involving numerically controlled (NC/CNC) machinery when required. Monitor manufacturing processes to maintain consistent product quality and output. Follow statistical process control (SPC) and other quality assurance procedures. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment while meeting production goals.
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in operating manufacturing machinery or production equipment.
