Job Description
Finzer Roller seeks a first shift Machine Operator. $20 - $22 per hour, bonus opportunity, PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, 401k + match, paid uniforms, paid weekly. Specific responsibilities for the Machine Operator will include: Setup and run manual engine lathes Use calipers and micrometers to measure product Comply with manufacturing and safety practices Use hoists and cranes for material handling Maintain communication with production team Read and understand standard operating procedures and customer requirements Focus on quality output Qualified candidates will have basic math skills, ability to use measuring tools, and willingness to learn. 2+ years machining experience required.
