Job Description
Fuji Semec Corp. is looking for a Test Technician to join our growing team! As part of your day-to-day tasks, you will be responsible for: Setup and test performance of door operators, DMCUs and DCRPs (or other items requiring testing) using assigned equipment, per print specifications and work instructions, via computer interface. Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine methods and sequences of testing. Load and control associated software on equipment. Demonstrate command of all established Standard Operating Procedures. Inspect, test, and adjust completed unit to ensure unit meets specifications, tolerances, and Work Instruction requirements. Communicate effectively cross functionally to successfully resolve equipment questions, irregularities, and determine solutions Inspect equipment for quality control standards and complete appropriate documentation. Analyze and record test results and prepare written documentation. Operate basic hand and power tools. Maintain a neat and clean work area. Contribute proactively within team-oriented, continuous improvement environment. Follow all safety and PPE requirements per established company policies All other duties as assigned.
