We build custom, high‑precision components and assemblies—and we're expanding our team on 1st and 2nd shift. If you're the person teammates trust to get a machine dialed in, we want to hear from you. Picture This You pick up a new router. You mount the fixture, load blanks, and call up the program. You run a first‑off, then verify features with micrometers and indicators. Numbers drift? You pause, escalate to your supervisor, and protect the job. You log production, quality checks, and scrap. You keep coolant and oil right where they should be. That's a win at Xactra. Your Impact Set up and operate multi‑axis mill‑turn equipment plus vertical/horizontal mills. Execute part‑specific operations following the router and job requirements. Measure precisely using hand metrology to confirm specs. Maintain accurate daily documentation on the router. Ensure machines run smoothly by monitoring fluids and reporting issues promptly. What You Bring Background in CNC turning or milling. Ability to interpret GD&T and manufacturing drawings. Comfort with measurement tools and inspection practices. Experience with Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Brass, and Plastics. Optical industry know‑how is a plus, not a must. Proficiency Markers
