Temp Beyond TalentEdge has partnered with a local manufacturing company in search of a machine operator to join their team. This role is Temp to hire, We invite you to apply today!Responsibilities:
Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production schedules and specifications. Load raw materials (plastic resins) into machines and monitor the molding process. Inspect finished parts for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications. Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting, including mold changes and material adjustments. Clean and maintain molds, machines, and work areas to ensure safe and efficient operations.Requirement Qualifications:
Must be able to stand for 8 hour periods High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred. Experience operating injection molding machines is strongly preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production instructions. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Basic math and measurement skills.Salary & Schedule:
$18.00-19.00Schedule:
Monday- Friday A shift 6:45
- 3:15pm B shift 2:45pm
