- 7:00 PM (may extend to 8 hours as needed) π Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator with experience in grinding operations to join our team.
In this role, you will set up and operate finish grinding equipment to produce precision components that meet tight tolerances and high-quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in an independent, detail-focused manufacturing environment. π§ Key Responsibilities Set up and operate surface and finish grinding machines to meet dimensional and tolerance requirements Select appropriate grinding speeds and feeds based on material type Dress and maintain grinding wheels to ensure proper surface finishes Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring tools Identify and report material defects or machining issues Operate CNC mills and lathes as needed to support production Read and follow G-code and M-code instructions for setup and operation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work independently to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards β

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00
