Job Description

Job requirements: Strong processing skills and minimum 2 years experience.
Essential functions:
The candidate must be reliable, knowledgeable and an experienced Injection Molding Setup Technician. This individual must be experienced with setting and pulling injection molds from presses ranging between 50 and 1000 ton capacity. Must be able to set parameters including program loading, connecting and testing mold cooling system, diagnose and resolve operational issues, machine malfuntions or out of tolerance sequences. Able to identify common defects in parts and correct issues.
Experience :
Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience. Knowledge of injection mold types, resin types and properties, mold processing. •Applicants must have their own tools. Experience with Toyo, Toshiba and Cincinnati Machines, FCS and Sumitomo a plus. Procrea knowledge is a plus.

$24 - 27 / hour
