Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Duties Set up, operate, and monitor machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CNC programming tools to produce components according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and maintain product quality. Program and troubleshoot CNC equipment using CAD (Computer-Aided Design), CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing), Fanuc controls, and other automation systems. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment; assist with inventory management and packaging of finished products. Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including tooling adjustments and calibration checks to optimize performance. Follow safety protocols diligently while working with hand tools, welding equipment, fabrication tools, and assembly line machinery to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, or similar equipment within a manufacturing facility. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC programming, CAM programming, SolidWorks or similar CAD software is highly desirable. Ability to use precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers for quality control purposes. Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting machine issues. Warehouse experience or familiarity with materials handling equipment such as forklifts is preferred. Knowledge of manufacturing processes including fabrication, tooling setup, assembly line operations, welding, and packaging is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
