This role involves assisting with the preparation, delivery, setup, and breakdown of rental equipment including tents, tables, chairs, inflatables, and other event items. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with loading and unloading trucks with event rental equipment Safely transport and deliver items to event locations Set up and break down tents, tables, chairs, inflatables, and related equipment Follow setup diagrams and instructions to ensure accurate event layouts Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and equipment Perform basic inspection of equipment before and after use Provide courteous and professional interaction with customers on-site Assist with general warehouse duties when not on deliveries

Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs regularly) Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Valid driver's license is a plus (but not required) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Punctual and dependable

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in event setup, moving, construction, or labor-related work Experience driving vans or box trucks (a plus)
