Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Mixing Associate, where your energy and precision will drive the production of high-quality products. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately mixing ingredients, managing materials, and supporting various manufacturing processes to ensure smooth operations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to our commitment to excellence and safety in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and accurately measure raw materials for mixing according to specified formulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards Operate equipment such as mixers, forklifts, and machining tools safely and efficiently to support production needs Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and inventory management within the warehouse setting Assist in packaging finished products, verifying quality standards, and documenting production data Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in compliance with safety protocols and lean manufacturing principles Support laboratory testing procedures when necessary to ensure product consistency and quality Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall manufacturing efficiency Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing environments or warehouse operations is highly preferred Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques and CGMP regulations is a plus Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely is desirable Laboratory experience or knowledge of testing procedures enhances your suitability for this role Basic understanding of machining processes and materials handling techniques Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Join us as a Mixing Associate and be part of a vibrant team committed to producing top-tier products through innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
