Your Impact This role focuses on maintaining high production standards within a fast-paced assembly environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all output aligns with regulatory and quality benchmarks while prioritizing safety and team collaboration. Construct and evaluate medical equipment and components by strictly adhering to established quality protocols. Examine quality checkpoints against provided instructions to guarantee all products meet our high standards. Utilize power tools, automated machinery, and hand tools to perform assembly duties in accordance with FDA and GMP guidelines. Assemble electronic modules using detailed schematics to ensure every unit meets exact technical specifications. Document production activities by completing Device History Records (DHR) to ensure accurate tracking of every unit. Organize and prepare assembly kits by gathering all necessary components for the production line. Confirm the accuracy of kit contents to ensure all required parts are present according to official instructions. Monitor and replenish inventory levels for kit components to prevent production delays. Label and package kits for efficient distribution to various assembly departments. Manage parts and materials by ensuring they are stored correctly according to established guidelines. Maintain consistent inventory levels by following replenishment procedures for your assigned workstation. Communicate any identified discrepancies or quality concerns directly to Team Leaders. Escalate issues regarding defective materials or non-conformities to leadership to ensure rapid resolution. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure every output meets quality specifications. Document all operational activities to ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Complete all mandatory training and certification programs within the specified timelines. Engage in lean manufacturing initiatives to help the team improve overall efficiency and productivity. Prepare finished assemblies for shipping by labeling and packaging them to prevent damage and ensure all documentation is included. Organize and stack pallets for storage or transit, strictly following safety protocols and SOPs. Contribute to a zero-harm workplace by consistently following Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and safe work practices. Maintain a tidy and efficient workspace by adhering to company 6S standards. Report all near misses and hazards immediately to help prevent future incidents and protect our team and environment. Uphold Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) at every stage to ensure our quality program remains effective. Ensure all activities remain in full compliance with legal, ethical, and safety standards as defined by company policy. Physical Demands Standing and Mobility You must be capable of standing for the duration of your shift, which may range from 8 to 12 hours depending on your assignment. The role requires frequent movement throughout the production floor to access workstations, retrieve supplies, and move finished goods. Lifting and Handling You will be expected to lift and carry materials weighing between 25 and 55 pounds, including moving boxed items between storage and the assembly line. For items exceeding 40 pounds, you must utilize team lifting or mechanical assistance in accordance with our ergonomic policies. The position involves routine lifting and carrying of lighter objects weighing less than 25 pounds. Educational Requirements A GED or High School Diploma from an accredited institution is required. Shift:
Monday through Friday, 2:55 PM to 11:25 PM. Full-Time 3rd
Shift:
Sunday through Thursday, 11:20 PM to 7:50 AM.
