Set-Up Technician/Operator

Local plant in Tonawanda looking for a production operator to set-up and maintain machines!! 1st shift hours 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri + OT Pay varies based on experience, starting $20/hr. Please respond with resume for immediate consideration.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 2+ years of experience performing machine set-ups, preventative maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with hand and power tools required
• Hydraulic and mechanical experience required
• Must have a high level of mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
• Solid work history and reliability is required

JOB DUTIES

• Monitor machines for dimensions, material, issues etc.
• Set-up machines per customer order requirements by adjusting rails, dimensions, offsets, etc.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines
• Make sure production runs are set-up correctly
• Perform basic repairs on machines and equipment
• Assist in production as needed
