Full Job Description Production Assembler Summary:
The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling components into sub-assemblies and final products according to established procedures and quality standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are assembled correctly and meet customer expectations. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday on first shift, with overtime opportunities available as needed.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for the position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and finished products according to work instructions and quality standards. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks. Inspect products and components for quality and report any issues or defects. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and equipment. Assist with tasks in other departments as needed. Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Willingness to learn and apply new skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly stand, walk, reach, use hands, and perform repetitive motions. Frequently lift and move materials up to 20 pounds. Occasionally lift and move materials up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform close-up work and maintain visual focus on detailed assembly tasks.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing or production environment. Occasional exposure to moving mechanical equipment and vibration. Moderate noise levels. Must follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures.
You should be proficient in:
Tape Measure Reading
