Job Description
General Labor - Machine Operator - Rubber Manufacturing Position Overview We are looking for motivated Machine Operators to join our team on the 2nd Shift . In this role, you will be operating small-part rubber molds to produce high-quality mounts, rubber straps, gaskets, and connectors. This is a fast-paced environment where you will start on one mold with short cycle times (8-30 minutes) and eventually scale up to running 1 to 3 machines. All initial training takes place entirely on this shift , making it the perfect opportunity to get hands-on experience and learn the ropes directly from our team.
