Nutraceutical / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing About the Role We're a fast-growing manufacturing company looking for a hands-on Machine Operator who isn't afraid of physical work, enjoys learning how machines run, and takes pride in producing quality products. This is a shop-floor role -you'll be setting up equipment, running production, cleaning machines, and helping keep operations moving. We are a proud Second Chance Employer . What You'll Do Set up and run capsule manufacturing equipment Assist with new product setups and document machine settings Perform machine changeovers and adjust settings as needed Break down, clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment Pull, verify, and document ingredients and lot numbers for batches Watch for quality or food safety issues and report them immediately Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready Complete daily and weekly equipment checklists Follow FDA, GMP, and food safety requirements Pitch in wherever needed to support production What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Comfortable with physical work and getting dirty Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. to shoulder height regularly Mechanically inclined; comfortable using hand tools Basic computer skills for documentation Experience in manufacturing, construction, food, nutraceutical, or pharma is a plus Why Work Here Stable work with a growing company Learn valuable machine and manufacturing skills Team environment that values effort and accountability Opportunities for growth if you're willing to put in the work Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
