Akron, Ohio, United States We are a leading manufacturing company in Akron, Ohio and we are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments to the machine settings if needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during operation
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of production procedures and machine operation principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Skills:
- Experience operating specific types of machinery such as CNC machines, lathes, or presses may be preferred depending on the type of machines used by our company.
