Machine Operator We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Akron. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various industrial machines to ensure the production of high-quality products. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1000 per month.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and diagrams
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operation principles
• Familiarity with various types of machinery such as lathes, mills, and drills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time

Responsibilities:

• Set up machines according to specifications provided by production managers or engineers
• Operate machines to produce parts within specified tolerances and quality standards
• Inspect finished products for defects or malfunctions and make adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery and perform routine maintenance tasks as required
• Maintain accurate records of production output, machine maintenance, and any issues that arise during operation
