Job Description:

As Packaging Operator, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for: Collaborating effectively with team members to package various types of frozen food products. Maintaining a consistent work pace in a steady-paced production environment. (Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not a requirement - comprehensive training is provided) Engaging in continuous movement, including standing, walking, lifting, and bending, throughout your shift to ensure efficient packaging.

Temp-to-hire window:

This is a short-term assignment that has the potential to lead into temp to hire position based on performance.

Requirements:

Successful candidates will have good attendance, great hand-eye coordination, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, and great dependability. This position does NOT require high school diploma.
